Standard Components of New Chapter Coaching Business Package
- A free 30 minute introductory call
- Four calls or in-person sessions per month for three/six months
- Occasional power coaching call (5 mins.) as needed during the period of the coaching alliance
- Unlimited emails with the coach between sessions
- Suggestion of action item(s) to keep you deepening your learning and moving forward in between calls
New Chapter Coaching Business Packages
- Next Level Coaching (3 mos.) and (6 mos.) (Both include 360 assessment) This package is designed to take the individual’s performance to the next level in the desired goal areas. It is appropriate for top executives, as well as leaders at various levels of their organization. Coaching agendas commonly include increasing performance in fundraising and personnel management, board-ED relations, and managing work stress.
- New Executive Coaching (6 mos.): (Includes at least one pre-coaching assessment) This package is designed to provide initial support to a new executive in the desired goal areas in order to strengthen his/her performance, skills, and leadership as a new executive. Coaching agendas commonly include time management, work-life balance, strategic planning, and increasing performance in fundraising and personnel management.
- Next Generation Coaching (3 mos.) This package is designed as a professional development tool for emerging leaders wish to seek a career as an executive director or other nonprofit leader. This package could be adapted for the for-profit sector.
- Board Chair Coaching (3 mos.) and (6 mos.) This package is designed as a professional development tool for board chairs needing support in leading their boards of directors. Coaching agendas commonly include maximizing ED-board relationships, board development, and board chair leadership.
- Healing Burnout Package (3 mos.) and (6 mos.) (Both include workplace assessment) This package is designed for both individuals and organizations. It includes both the diagnosis of the workplace burnout and the collaborative process of identifying solutions to fix the problem(s) on, if necessary, both an individual and organizational level.
Fees for Services
Fees for all of the above services are dependent on such factors as:
- Length of coaching (3 mos., 6 mos., or other)
- Frequency of coaching sessions (once a week, twice a month, once a month or other)
- Need/Request for Assessment (Leadership, Workplace, Other)
