Standard Components of Coaching Package

  • A free 30 minute introductory call
  • Four calls or in-person sessions per month for three/six months
  • Occasional power coaching call (5 mins.) as needed during the period of the coaching alliance
  • Unlimited emails with the coach between sessions
  • Suggestion of action item(s) to keep you deepening your learning and moving forward in between calls

Individual Coaching Packages

  • Premium Personal Package (6 mos.)  This life coaching package is designed for the individual who wishes to tackle more difficult issues, to go deeper, or to work more extensively on a particular goal or set of goals.
  • Standard Personal Package (3 mos.) This basic life coaching package is designed to enable an individual client to bring 1-2 agenda items to the alliance during this base period. To tackle a greater number of issues or those which are more complicated, the Premium Personal Package is recommended. 
  • Life Transition Package (3 mos. and 6 mos.) This life coaching package is specifically designed for the individual who is undergoing or about to face a transition–being it career or life–and wishes to create and work towards fulfilling goals in the area of this transition. It may also be appropriate for the individual who wishes to transition from the for-profit world into the nonprofit world and wishes to work around this dream.

Fees for Services

Fees for all of the above services are dependent on such factors as:

  • Length of coaching (3 mos., 6 mos., or other)
  • Frequency of coaching sessions (once a week, twice a month, once a month or other)
  • Need/Request for Assessment (Leadership, Workplace, Other)

The above described coaching packages start at $355/month.
