Videoconferencing With Skype

New Chapter Coaching is moving coaching to the next generation through its use of cutting edge technologies for coaching. New Chapter Coaching now offers videoconferencing for its remote coaching clients. To date, the industry standard has been for coaching to take place via phone. Now, with free software that enables phone communication through the computer (Skype) and a webcamera, the “call” costs nothing! With videoconference, I see the facial expressions and body language that I could otherwise, at best, only guess about.

A UCLA study revealed that 55% of communication is nonverbal. (The other 45% is made up of words used and voice quality.) At New Chapter Coaching, everything our clients communicate is critical to the success we expect them to achieve while working with us. Videoconferencing enables me to read essentialy 100% of what a client is communicating to me and maximize the client’s coaching success.
