  • Organizational Assessment: Assess the organization’s capacity, current and future goals, and critical needs in order to properly assess competencies needed in next executive director
  • Position Profile for Search: Draft position profile to be used in search that creates picture of the organization, describes leadership opportunity, and outlines the essential competencies sought in the next executive
  • Consulting Services: Provide consulting services to board chair and/or interim leadership to effectively manage transition, including successful ending with outgoing executive director
  • Executive Coaching: Provide executive coaching to interim/acting director

  • Executive Search and Selection: Manage all aspects of search and selection of new leadership for your nonprofit including:
    • Build the candidate pool and ensure diversity
    • Manage the resumes and support the work of the search committee
    • Screen resumes and vet candidates
    • Manage and support the interview and selection processes

    • announcement/welcome
    • executive director onboarding, including briefing book
    • performance and professional development goals and management; 90-day review
  • Executive Coaching: Provide executive coaching to new executive director
